INTRODUCTION

Colombian Mines Corporation is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of high quality mineral properties in Colombia with near to intermediate term production potential. Colombia is recognized as one of the most prospective, yet under-explored countries in the world, and provides an attractive blend of gold, copper and silver deposit discovery potential within a pro-mining business atmosphere. The Company has an established exploration program, pipeline of quality projects, and an experienced management team with a proven record of deposit discovery and business success. Colombian Mines is building value on its flagship precious and base metals properties, while forming joint venture alliances to advance quality projects within its substantial exploration portfolio.

PROJECT IN HAND

Yarumalito Project

Colombian Mines' 100% optioned Yarumalito Project covers 1,425 hectares in the Marmato Mining District, one of
Colombian_n2.jpg (41609 bytes) Colombia's oldest and most famous gold districts. Yarumalito lies approximately 11 km north of Marmato Mountain and 110 km south of Medellin. The Yarumalito property lies within the Marmato fracture zone.

CMJ's ongoing drilling confirms wide zones of porphyry and porphyry related mineralization from the surface. Holes YAR-008 and YAR-011 indicate a mineralized zone more than 390 metres wide averaging more than 0.6 g/t gold in the La Escuela Porphyry Target. High grade vein related drill intercepts have returned up to 1.85 metres grading 33.75 g/t gold.

The Primary gold porphyry target is at La Escuela. Property wide MMI geochemistry and geology indicate significant additional potential. Trenching and channel sampling by CMJ has returned results up to 31 metres grading 2.95 g/t gold. Preliminary metallurgical suggests potential extraction with heap leaching or conventional milling.

The Yarumalito porphyry deposit type has the potential to develop large tonnage open pit or bulk mineable underground gold deposits with associated base metals. High grade structurally controlled gold mineralization may be amenable to underground mining technology.

El Dovio Project

The Company's 100% owned 9,271 hectare El Dovio Project includes the historic Sabana Blanca Mine. Situated in the
Colombian_new5.jpg (45022 bytes) Departments of Valle de Cauca and Choco, in west-central Colombia, El Dovio is a gold enriched massive sulphide target along the Canasgordas Group. This belt contains multiple recognized gold bearing VMS systems including the well known El Roble VMS deposit. The EL Roble deposit has yielded approximately 1 million tonnes of ore containing 4.41% copper, 3.11 g/t gold and 9.81 g/t silver.

Company geologists have located and sampled zones of outcropping mineralization at El Dovio in the Sabana Blanca Mine area. Recent trench results identified a 24 metre wide zone averaging more than 4 g/t gold, 12.9 g/t silver and 1.6% copper. The principal mineralized zone (Sabanablanca Zone) is exposed over roughly 300 metres of strike length. Reconnaissance has recently located outcropping and visually similar mineralization 500 metres to the southwest of the Sabanablanca Zone.

Rio Negro Project

Colombian Mines's 100% controlled 3,000 hectare Rio Negro Project is a grassroots exploration project located in
Colombian_new6.jpg (32579 bytes) northeastern Colombia. Mapping and geologic studies by the government agency Ingeominas indicate that the intrusive bodies found in the Rio Negro licence area are closely related in age and composition to those found in the California district, and that are known to be associated with Greystar's Angostura and Ventana's La Bodega/La Mascota discoveries.

Continuing mapping by company geologists has confirmed areas of intrusive rocks similar to those found in the California district. CMJ's recent reconnaissance sampling has returned 11.43 g/t gold over a 1.5 metre sample width, 9.59 g/t gold over 1.15 metres.

Cerro de Cobre Project
Colombian_new7.jpg (39522 bytes)
The Company's 100% controlled Cerro de Cobre Property is located near Bogota in the Department of Boyaca. The Cerro de Cobre Property hosts high grade copper and covers 273 hectares in the Chivor-Gachala Mining District of Colombia.

Sampling by the Company has returned a continuous channel sample interval of 22.85 metres grading 3.16% copper in outcrop at the Way Tunnel Copper Mine. Individual samples range from 0.24% to 8.89% copper and up to 29.1 g/t silver in this outcrop of the main Cerro de Cobre zone.

The Company is currently conducting additional rock chip and soil sampling.
