Dianor Resources Inc. COMPANY DATA | INTRODUCTION
| JAMES BAY REGION BACKGROUND INFORMATION
INTRODUCTION On December 28, 2005, Dianor Resources Inc. updated its shareholders on its Phase II drilling (Press Release of September 22, 2005 for Phase I details) and mini-bulk sampling program on the Leadbetter Diamond Project. To date a total of 60 holes totalling 10,440 metres of core drilling has been completed on the Leadbetter Diamond Property. To date diamond results have been received for only three (3) drill holes. Drilling is suspended for the holiday season and drilling will resume in mid-January, 2006. On July 14, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that the Company has retained Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to provide investor relations, media relations and market development services on behalf of the Company. On July 12, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that the Company commenced field exploration on its Queotish Property in the Otish Mountains. Results of this phase of exploration will prioritize the targets for drilling. Drilling of the kimberlite dikes on the Ontario Pacaud Property continues. The drilling is primarily aimed at recovering sufficient samples of the Purcell kimberlite dyke to determine its diamond content. On June 21, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that the Company has consolidated its land position in the Pacaud and Chamberlain Townships by staking an additional 23 claim units (100% Dianor owned) adjacent to its existing optioned Pacaud kimberlite property (diamond rights optioned from Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. (GMX: TSX Exchange)). Also, Forage Utika Inc. of Rouyn-Noranda commenced the Phase I diamond drilling program on the potentially diamondiferous Purcell dyke (press release June 08, 2004). On June 08, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that it has contracted Forage Utika Inc. of Rouyn-Noranda to undertake a diamond drilling program (Phase 1) on the potentially diamondiferous Purcell dyke, discovered in 2003 by shallow drilling of a linear magnetic anomaly, on the Pacaud property in the Kirkland Lake area of Ontario. Drilling of the Purcell dyke is scheduled to commence by the 15th of June 2004 and the Phase 1 drilling is primarily aimed at recovering sufficient samples (100 kilograms) of the Purcell kimberlite dyke to determine its diamond content. On June 03, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that based on previous positive results, recently completed a recent ground magnetic survey over the Pacaud Property, in the Kirkland Lake area, of Ontario. The survey outlined 20 linear magnetic anomalies - potential kimberlite dyke swarm. These magnetic anomalies are closely spaced, parallel and traverse the property in a north-south direction. Individual linear magnetic anomalies can be followed for up to 2 kilometres. One of the newly identified dykes, which can be traced for 2 kilometres, has a magnetic signature (anomaly) averaging 60 metres in width along most of its length. The results of the magnetic survey, in addition to the chemistry of the indicator minerals, suggests that further drilling is warranted. A program of work is currently being planned. On June 01, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that it has completed its previously announced private placement in the amount of $560,000 by issuing a total of 560 units at a price of $1,000 per unit. Each unit is comprised of 5,000 common shares, issued at a price $0.20 per share. Of these, 4,000 shares are flow-through shares and 1,000 are non flow-through shares. As a result of the private placement, there are 60,228,768 outstanding common shares of Dianor. On April 26, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that re-processing of the original airborne magnetic data from its Queotish property in the Otish Mountains, by consultant geophysicist Mr. Pierre Boileau confirmed and identified numerous targets having the magnetic characteristics of kimberlite. A total of 19 airborne magnetic targets have been identified. On March 29, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced its plan to undertake a private placement in the maximum amount of $750,000 by issuing a maximum of 750 units at a price of $1,000 per unit. Each unit will be comprised of common shares. Eighty percent of the shares comprising the units will consist of 4,000 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.20 per share. Twenty percent of the share comprising the units will consist of 1,000 non-flow-through common shares at a price of $0.20 per share. The proceeds from the private placement will be used by Dianor primarily to carry out mining exploration work on its Quebec properties and for working capital. On February 18, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has granted options in respect of an aggregate of 1,250,000 common shares of Dianor in accordance with the terms of its Stock Option Plan at an exercise price of $0.145 per share to one employee, two directors and two officers. On January 21, 2004, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that it has acquired an option from Alexis Minerals Corporation (TSX Venture Exchange: AMC) to earn a 100% interest in the Queotish I Project in the Otish Mountains and the LG Project in the LG-4 areas of Northern Quebec. On December 10, 2003, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that it has commenced transferring certain of its gold properties to Threegold Resources Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary. The initial transfer includes Dianor's 100% interest in four properties: two in the Abitibi region of Quebec ( Adanac and Fourniere ) and two in the James Bay region of Quebec ( Threegold and Miakadow ). On September 30, 2003, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that a drilling program on the Pacaud property is scheduled to commence during the first week of October including two short holes to test for gold mineralization as per the terms of its agreement with Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. On June 04, 2003, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that it has obtained the final report from its consultants concerning visual examination of 287 heavy mineral concentrate samples of tills. 2,491 potential Kimberlite Indicator Minerals (KIM's) including chromite, ilmenite, olivine, chrome diopside and eclogitic garnet grains were visually identified in 134 of the 287 samples collected during the summer and fall of 2002 from Dianor properties in the James Bay region of Quebec. All the potential Kimberlite Indicator Minerals (KIM's) have been sent to the CF Minerals laboratory in Kelowna, British Columbia for electron microprobe analyses and confirmation of them as KIM's. On May 20, 2003, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling has commenced on its Ontario properties (Cluster Project) in conjunction with field exploration work. This current phase of work is part of Dianor's continuing evaluation of its 22 optioned properties (press release January 14, 2003) located in the Matachewan-Kirkland Lake area. A minimum of three RC holes will be drilled to obtain "base of till" samples for Kimberlite Indicator Mineral testing and to better define the source(s) of three separate and distinct ground magnetic targets. Prospecting and Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) soil sampling will be carried out on seven properties to further evaluate the source of magnetic/soil (MMI) anomalies and better define kimberlite targets. On May 08, 2003, Dianor Resources Inc. announced that it has obtained a report from its consultant confirming Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) soil geochemical anomalies, indicative of kimberlite, on 17 of its James Bay properties. The soil survey was conducted during the summer and fall of 2002 (press releases October 30th 2002). On March 24, 2003, Dianor Resources Inc. updated its diamond exploration programmes in Quebec and Ontario. Field exploration in Quebec and Ontario has been ongoing since February 2003 and is continuing in the James Bay region. During 2002 an extensive systemic exploration programme was carried out on one hundred and twenty (120) of the Company's properties in Quebec. Interpretation and evaluation of the data generated numerous kimberlite targets; over 30% of the explored properties have magnetic and/or soil geochemical targets indicative of kimberlite and in addition diamond bearing Wawa type rocks were identified. On February 18, 2003, Dianor Resources Inc. updated its shareholders on its 100% owned subsidiary, Threegold Resources which was incorporated on March 19, 2002. The original aim in creating Threegold Resources was to permit Dianor to focus on diamond exploration and development while Threegold would specialize in exploration for precious and base metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper, nickel etc.). A review of all of Dianor's non-diamond properties in Quebec is currently underway including its Adanac property, located in Rouyn Township, where previous exploration work outlined the MC zone where results of up to 10.6 g/t Au (0.31 oz/t) over a width of 2.44 metres (8 feet) were obtained (Dianor annual report 2001). On January 29, 2003, Dianor Resources Inc. announced further diamond discoveries on one of its James Bay properties. Dianor has been informed by the Saskatchewan Research Council's (SRC) Laboratory that a total of two micro diamonds were recovered from Wawa-type rock samples on Dianor's Lac de l'Astree property.
