INTRODUCTION

RJK Explorations Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company aggressively exploring a number of Canadian properties with the intention of discovering economic mineral deposits.

The Company's Senior Management has been in the resource exploration business for over 40 years, with considerable experience in exploration and discovery.

PROJECT IN HAND

(1) Dorion South Platinum-Palladium-Nickel-Copper Project, Thunder Bay, Ontario

During the month of March 2009, the Company entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in 9 claims (99 claim units) comprising the Dorion South Property located approximately 60 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

The Dorion South Property contains five known mineral occurrences and is located proximal to the Magma Metals Pt-Pd-Ni-Cu discovery at Thunder Bay North, which is hosted in ultramafic rocks west of the Dorion Property. The Dorion South Property is known to contain ultramafic rocks with three short diamond drill holes completed in 1965 having intersected and ended in ultramafic rocks with chalcopyrite specks, and no samples taken for assay purposes.

The Company has completed both an airborne magnetic and a VTEM survey over the property and has just begun a diamond drill program to test the Pt-Pd-Ni-Cu potential within the property.

(2) St. Lawrence Lowlands Shale Gas Permits, St. Lawrence, Quebec

In June 2008, the Company acquired a 100% interest in a number of shale gas and oil permits in the St. Lawrence area of Quebec. At that time, RJK had reserved 10 permits totalling 214,900 hectares (531,030 acres), which are located within the current shale gas and oil play areas of the Lower St. Lawrence and also in a new area of interest around Sept-Iles.

At Sept-Iles, a well was drilled on an adjoining permit in 1970 that hit gas and initially blew out the cement used to plug the hole. The gas was analysed at the time as being composed of 94.6% methane, 4.9% nitrogen, 0.4% ethane and 0.04% oxygen.

RJK also added an additional permit totalling 12,400 hectares tying on to the west side of the current Sept-Iles permits and when all the RJK Sept-Iles permits are combined, they cover the entire geological structure that RJK considers to be prospective for gas and oil.

RJK acquired approximately 36,300 hectares in new permits at Havre-Saint-Pierre in order to cover other potentially prospective geological structures.

Although the current market price for gas is extremely depressed, RJK is continuing to discuss potential funding to drill the Sept-Iles permits.

(3) Goldie Gold Property, Thunder Bay, Ontario

RJK currently holds a 50% interest in conjunction with its joint-venture partner, GLR Resources Inc., on their 3,760 hectare Goldie property, located in the Matawan Gold Belt approximately 50 km west of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Historical work on the property by previous operators and the Companies has demonstrated that significant gold mineralized zones exist within the property.

RJK has completed its first phase of diamond drilling from May to July 2007, which consisted of 2,332 metres in 17 drill holes resulting in the discovery of a new, non-outcropping, gold zone containing gold values of up to 3.01 g/t over 5.0 metres (16.4 feet). A second phase 2,150 metre drill program was completed during November and December 2007. This widely spaced, shallow drilling intercepted narrow intervals with values up to 12.55 g/t gold and two notably extensive intercepts of 10 m at 2 g/t Au.

Deeper drilling has not been the focus of work to date. Geological interpretation and reporting is underway to determine future additional drill hole locations.

(4) Cuba Silver Project

On January 18, 2008, RJK entered into discussions with Holmer Silver Company Ltd., ("Holmer") a private company that has operated in Cuba for over 18 years, on the basis of creating formal business relationship with Holmer related to various mining opportunities that are available in Cuba.

RJK is currently working to secure a financing for Holmer for the production financing of the Loma Hierro silver deposit owned by Plato Cuba S.A., a joint venture of Holmer Gold Mines Inc. (a 100%-owned subsidiary of Holmer Silver) and GeoMinera S.A. (a Cuban state owned company) and located approximately 203 km west of Havana, Cuba. The financing would be in the range of ?13,000,000. Holmer has the expertise and experience to aid RJK in its dealings with both the Cuban Government and GeoMinera S.A.

NEWS UPDATE

On September 2, 2009, RJK Explorations Ltd. provided further details of the recently staked Buda Property.

RJK has staked 1,570 hectares in 98 claim units to form the Buda Property, located in the northern parts of Goldie and Forbes Townships and situated approximately 85 km northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Buda Property was acquired to cover a roughly circular magnetic anomaly. Management believes that this feature may represent a substantial magmatic intrusive complex and a favourable setting to host Cu, Ni, Pt, Pd mineralization similar to the past producing CVRD-Inco Shebandowan deposit. RJK has contracted Geotech Ltd. to fly its VTEM geophysical system. Recent prospecting has revealed mafic - ultramafic rocks containing elevated copper values.

On August 27, 2009, RJK Explorations Ltd. announced that it has completed the first 7 holes of a reconnaissance drilling program on its Dorion South Platinum-Palladium-Nickel-Copper Project in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Substantial intersections of magnetic gabbroic rocks with trace chalcopyrite mineralization were intersected in the drilling. A number of samples were submitted to Swastika Laboratories for assay and were found to contain only trace amounts of Cu, Ni, Au, Pt and Pd.

RJK intends to complete a series of vertical holes to depth at a number of sites specific to the strongest magnetic anomalies within the intrusions.

RJK also announced that it has completed staking a new property (the Buda Property) consisting of a substantial, roughly circular, magnetic anomaly northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario, covering 1,570 hectares. Recent prospecting has revealed mafic - ultramafic rocks containing elevated copper values.
