INTRODUCTION

Rock Tech Lithium Inc. is a Canadian-based resource company whose focus is to acquire, explore and develop lithiumrocktech1.jpg (35891 bytes) mineral deposits and develop processes to purify lithium carbonate. The Company's strategy is to participate in the first three phases of the lithium value chain - acquire, explore, and develop its lithium projects; produce lithium from its properties; and to produce battery grade lithium carbonate for use for industrial applications, namely for use in the automotive and consumer electronic sectors.

The Company has a 100% interest in lithium properties in the Kapiwak Pegmatite Region in the James Bay area of north western Quebec and the Georgia Lake area of the Thunder Bay Mining District of northwest Ontario. In addition to its lithium properties, Rock Tech has a 100% interest in a titanium-iron-vanadium property in the Saint-Urbain area near the St. Lawrence Seaway in eastern Quebec and a nickel-copper-platinum group elements-uranium property in the Sibley Basin area to the west of Nipigon, Ontario.

The Company is focused on developing its core lithium projects, but it is also evaluating other projects that will strengthen and balance its portfolio of lithium projects. The Company's long term vision for its property assets is to develop them into economic and sustainable mine operations.

With financing in place, Rock Tech Lithium Inc. will commence an exploration drill program in the fourth quarter of 2010 with the stated objectives of establishing a NI 43-101 resource and expanding its current historic resource.

PROJECT IN HAND

(1) Kapiwak Lithium Project, James Bay, Northwest Quebec
rocktech3.jpg (33886 bytes)

The Kapiwak Lithium Project in the heart of the Kapiwak Pegmatite Region of the James Bay area covering 6,433 hectares with numerous visible pegmatite outcrops. The Kapiwak Lithium Property is accessible by Matagmi-Radisson James Bay Road (a paved highway), and is located some 380 kilometres to the north of the town of Matagmi, Quebec.

The Kapiwak Property borders on Lithium One's "Cyr" lithium discovery. There are two other lithium and rare metals discoveries in the vicinity of Kapiwak Property (Dios Exploration/Sirios Resources project to the south and First Gold's project to the southeast).
The Company carried out preliminary exploration work, consisting of field prospecting, sampling and sample assaying in 2009. Surface samples assayed up to 2.9% lithium oxide (Li2O), and anomalous values of other rare metals (beryllium, niobium, and tantalum).
Ground geological and geophysical work planned for 2010.

Objectives for 2011rocktech4.jpg (38863 bytes)

Rock Tech's short term objective is to conduct field geological work which will include prospecting, sampling and mapping. Based on the results of the planned geological work, a trenching, geophysical survey and drill program will follow.

The long term objective for the Kapiwak project is to develop a lithium and rare metals resource that can be brought to the production stage.

(2) Georgia Lake Lithium Project, Thunder Bay Mining District, Northwest Ontario

The Georgia Lake Lithium Project in NW Ontario covering 11,481 hectares. The property has excellent infrastructure, close to a port, railway and highway; road access to all claim blocks.

The original claim blocks acquired by the Company in December 2009 were the subject to over 33,000 metres drilling in over 200 drill holes in the 1950's and contains a historical resource of 9.8 million tons with grades of 1.18% lithium oxide (note: historical resource is not NI43-101 compliant). One of the claim blocks, the "Nama Creek Claim Block", was ready to go into production in 1958, but with the economic conditions at the time, production was suspended. The objective for the Georgia Lake Lithium Project is to bring the historical resources to NI 43-101 standards.

2009 Exploration Highlights

  • 52 surface samples assayed up to 7.22% lithium oxide, 3.54% beryllium, 0.39% cesium and anomalous values of other rare metals such as niobium, tantalum, and rubidium.

  • 2009 drill core results indicate 1.62% Li2O over 10.5 meters and 1.54% Li2O over 8.9 meters; and anomalous rare metals such as niobium, tantalum, cesium and rubidium.

The primary objective of the Company's 2010-2011 exploration program is to bring historical resource estimates to NI 43-101 standards and expand the historical resource estimations on each claim block.

Following are the highlights of the Company's 2010-2011 exploration plan:rocktech6.jpg (42478 bytes)

  • Development of a 3-D model of the historic data, resulting in defining precise drill targets;

  • Execution of a total of 11,500 meters NQ size diamond core drilling in approximately 45 drill holes;

  • Drilling of a select number of deeper holes to determine the continuity of dykes at 500 meters below ground surface, which if successful, will aid in expanding the historical resource.

  • Obtain representative bulk samples from the Nama Creek main pegmatite dykes for metallurgical testing of spodumene.

NEWS UPDATE

On December 22, 2010, Rock Tech Lithium Inc. provided a review and update for 2010 and an outline of its operational plans for 2011.

At the Company's Georgia Lake project, the first phase of its planned drill program has commenced. Trow Engineering is currently conducting a baseline environmental study and, on December 7, 2010, Cobra Drilling Limited started on the first 4,000 metres of NQ-sized diamond core drilling. Three drill holes have been completed at the Aumacho Claim Block and the core samples have been submitted to SGS Laboratories ("SGS") in Toronto for chemical assaying. The Company is targeting completion by June 2011.

Upon completion of the approximately two kilometre road to the Nama Creek Claim Block, Cobra will mobilize drill rigs onto the Nama Creek Claim Block and commence drilling.

Subject to weather conditions and granting of requisite permits, the Company has set the following timeline for the exploration program at its Georgia Lake lithium and rare metals project for the first six months of 2011:

· A three dimensional model of the Georgia Lake deposit is to be completed by Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. by the third week of January 2011.

· Results of the environmental baseline study will be available by mid-February 2011, and further environmental field work will be conducted in the spring of 2011, with results to follow 2 months thereafter.

· Completion of 4,000 metres of diamond core drilling to be completed by the end of February 2011. Sample assay results will be available starting near the end of January 2011, with the final set of sample assay results being completed by the end of April 2011.

· Bulk sampling for metallurgical testing to be collected by the third week of January 2011, with the scoping study to be completed by the end of May 2011 by SGS.

· NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate to be available by June 2011.

Subsequent to the completion of the first phase of the exploration program will be the execution of approximately 7,000 metres of diamond drilling. The Company is targeting the start of a pre-feasibility study by December 2011.
