Arras is a Canadian exploration and development company advancing a portfolio of copper and gold assets in northeastern Kazakhstan, including the option agreement on the Beskauga copper and gold project. The Company has established the third-largest licence package in the country prospective for copper and gold (behind Rio Tinto and Fortescue). In December, 2023, the Company entered into a strategic alliance with Teck Resources in which Teck will sole finance a US$5-million generative exploration program over a portion of the Arras licence package in 2024/2025 focusing on critical minerals. Arras has assembled 3rd largest (>3,300 sq. km) land package focused on copper in Kazakhstan Multi-pronged Approach to Regional Exploration (>3,300 sq. km) in Northeastern Kazakhstan Elemes & Tay Projects Arras holds 100% interest in Elemes/Aimandai (>600 sq. km) & Tay (118 sq. km acquired Feb 2024) Elemes

Bozshakol Group of Licences These licenses form part of the Teck-Arras Strategic Exploration Alliance announced on December 7, 2023 (the “Bozshakol Project”), and are located nearby and surrounding the operating large-scale Bozshakol copper mine, operated by Kaz Minerals. Arras commenced a 3,381 km airborne (helicopter) electromagnetic (EM) (“Heli-TEM”) survey at its Bozshakol group of licenses in July. This survey will provide a significant amount of quality data to help guide future exploration as Arras commences its hunt for additional porphyry deposits adjacent to the large-scale Bozshakol copper mine. (See news release dated July 22, 2024) Soil sampling and KGK drilling to test top of bedrock through unconsolidated cover is also planned for some areas in 2024. Akkuduk, Besshoky and Nogurbek Licenses Follow up geologic mapping and soil sampling is planned for high-priority areas within this licence group with an objective to advance to drill-ready targets for 2025. On October 16, 2024, Arras Minerals Corp. has commenced two vector-array induced polarization (VIP) surveys, covering a total of 178 square kilometres, over the Aktasty and Maisor exploration targets defined by recent soil sampling programs. These targets are located within its Bozshakol group of licences that form part of the Arras/Teck Resources Ltd. strategic exploration alliance announced on Dec. 7, 2023, surrounding the operating Bozshakol mine, operated by Kaz Minerals (P&P (proved and probable) reserves 1,003 million tonnes at 0.34 per cent copper and 0.13 gram per tonne gold). Highlights from the VIP survey program:
The reconnaissance VIP surveys are being used to cover large tracts of ground relatively quickly compared with other induced polarization (IP) techniques. The VIP will provide chargeability and resistivity data to approximately 300 metres depth, when integrated with Heli-TEM, top-of-bedrock KGK drilling and limited surface geological data, to assist the company in the definition of future drill targets. At present, Aurora Ltd. has provided two teams to conduct the Aktasty and Maisor surveys concurrently, and the surveys are expected to be completed within the next 45 days. Tim Barry, chief executive officer of Arras Minerals, commented: "We have engaged the local service provider, Aurora, to conduct the first modern IP survey on our Aktasty and Maisor licences. Fieldwork to date on these licences has revealed exposures of porphyritic rocks with strong phyllic alteration through windows of the quaternary sediments that cover much of the eastern side of these licences. The package we have seen thus far is typical for what you might expect in a porphyry environment and hints at mineralizing systems in the region that maybe buried by the shallow sediment cover." On October 09, 2024, Arras Minerals Corp. has completed its top of bedrock (KGK) drill program to explore the Maisor and Aktasty exploration targets defined by the 2023 soil sampling programs. These targets are located within its Bozshakol group of licences that form part of the Arras-Teck Resources Ltd. strategic exploration alliance announced on Dec. 7, 2023, surrounding the operating Bozshakol mine, operated by Kaz Minerals (P&P (proven and probable) reserves 1,003 million tonnes at 0.34 per cent copper (Cu), 0.13 gram per tonne (g/t) gold (Au)). Highlights from the KGK drilling:
Tim Barry, chief executive officer of Arras Minerals, commented: "We're thrilled to have wrapped up the KGK drilling program on the Maisor and Aktasty licences. This drill program is part of a much larger exploration program we have been conducting this summer under our strategic alliance with Teck. The areas targeted by the KGK drilling are situated right next to the Bozshakol mine and have long been overlooked due to the 10 to 40 metres of quaternary cover, which has historically hindered exploration in the area. It's well-established that porphyry deposits often cluster together in many regions and we're optimistic that this drilling could lead to the discovery of additional deposits around Bozshakol. We're now preparing the drill samples and will be sending them off for analysis shortly."
