Levon Resources Ltd. is a well-funded gold and precious metals exploration company, exploring one of the world's largest silver resources at the Company's 100%-owned flagship Cordero Project in Chihuahua State, Mexico. In less than five years, Levon Resources has built Cordero into one of Mexico's premier porphyry targets for silver, gold, zinc and lead. Cordero Project offers the potential for multiple, bulk tonnage, open pit deposits.

Levon has chosen to focus on Mexico because the Company believes it's the best place in the world for mineral exploration and mining. Financial stability, a booming economy, efficient and modern infrastructure and highly skilled mining labor represent just a few of the reasons Levon operates in Mexico.

Levon's team consists of successful mine-builders, geologists and financiers. Collectively Levon has over 150 years' experience in the industry with particular knowledge of operating in Mexico.

Projects in Hand

Cordero Silver-Gold-Zinc-Lead Project, Chihuahua State, Mexico

The Company's 100%-owned 37,000-hectare (91,429-acre) Cordero Project is located near Hidalgo Del Parral, Chihuahua State, Mexico. Cordero's host rocks, geology, metal assemblage and size are all analogous to some of Mexico's largest world-class, bulk-tonnage silver deposits including Penasquito (Goldcorp), Camino Rojo (Goldcorp) and Pitarilla (Silver Standard). These deposits are all situated within the same emerging Chihuahua-Zacatecas silver-gold belt in northern Mexico.

In less than five years, Levon has established an indicated resource with 488.5M oz silver, 1.1B oz silver equivalent, 1.37M oz gold, 9.0B lbs zinc and 4.7B lbs lead in a low-strip, open pit mining configuration. Cordero is considered one of Mexico's premier porphyry targets, and the resource remains open to expansion in nearly all directions and at depth.

At the Cordero Felsic Dome, the most recent resource grid drilling reveals the Dome is the center of the Ag dominant part of the resource. It is pervasively mineralized from surface to depths of 600 to 1,100 m and also has a wide, higher grade zone beneath the surface-exposed mineralization. Levon believes these results will likely improve starter pit economic projections when they are included in the next Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).

Cordero's NI 43-101 Resource

Gold: 1.37 M oz indicated, 84,000 oz inferred
Zinc: 9.0 B lbs indicated, 663.3 M lbs inferred
Lead: 4.7 B lbs indicated, 440.3 M lbs inferred

What's Next at Cordero?

Further improve the project's economics under the direction of M3 Engineering & Technology and Independent Mining Consultants:

  • Expand the resource and additional discoveries
  • Expand mill design - targeting 80,000 tpd
  • Continue engineering and metallurgy studies

Investment Highlights

  • Debt-free and well funded for upcoming exploration and pre-feasibility plans.
  • Aggressive management and exploration have advanced Cordero from prospect to world-class porphyry project in less than five years.
  • Eight large-scale targets in two porphyry belts identified to date at Cordero.
  • Completed 126,916 metres of core drilling in 274 holes.
  • Phase 4 drill program (13,000m, completed Q1 2014), focused on recently-acquired Aida Claim, revealed strong bulk tonnage silver (Ag), gold (Au), zinc (Zn), and lead (Pb) mineralization.
  • PEA and project engineering by Independent Mining Consultants and M3 Engineering & Technology, both proven global leaders in evaluating and designing mines around deposits similar to Cordero.
  • Resource exposed at surface with minimal oxidation: waste-to-ore strip ratio of 1.2/1.
  • Large, 37,000-hectare (91,429-acre) land position.
  • Cordero geologically analogous to Goldcorp's Penasquito deposits with similar upside potential.
