PROJECTS IN HAND

Raney Gold Project, Ontario

• Rockridge has option to acquire a 100% interest in Raney Gold Project, located 110 km SW of Timmins, ON
• On October 20, 2020, Rockridge announced that it has completed its 100% earn-in of the Raney Gold Project
• The project hosts excellent infrastructure; access and geologic setting are advantageous for future resource development potential
• Recently doubled the size of the property through additional staking; project now approximately 2,800 ha
• Located in the Archean Swayze Greenstone Belt (part of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt) which hosts the world class Timmins and Kirkland Lake gold districts; ~35km E of Newmont's newest Borden mine
• Gold mineralization is typical of the mesothermal lode gold deposit model
• 2020 spring exploration drilling program entailed 2,070 metres in 9 diamond drill holes: highlight intercept of 28 g/t gold over 6 metres
• Broad alteration zone (structural corridor) that hosts the mineralization is open for expansion. Historic mapping and surface sampling data show that the alteration zone may extend over several hundred metres, with no drilling completed over a large extent of this corridor.
• 2020 summer/fall drilling program of minimum 3,000m (~10 holes) has commenced, looking to follow-up high grade intercepts, and test depth and strike potential

Knife Lake Copper Project, Saskatchewan

• The Knife Lake Project area is an advanced stage copper (+silver, zinc and cobalt) exploration property in Saskatchewan (#3 mining jurisdiction as ranked by Fraser Institute); deposit lies within the FlinFlon–Snow Lake mining district, one of the most prolific greenstone belts in Canada
• Rockridge completed first exploration program in the last ~20 years in 2019, with highlight results including 2.03% Cu, 9.88 g/t Ag, 0.19 g/t Au, 0.36% Zn, and 0.01% Co (2.42% CuEq) over 37.6m beginning at 11.2m in hole KF19003
• Knife Lake is a remobilized portion of a presumably larger “primary” VMS deposit; most of the historical work has consisted of shallow drilling at the deposit area with little regional work carried out and limited deeper drilling below the deposit
• Extensive exploration from late 1960's to 1990's with last documented work program completed in 2001 prior to Rockridge involvement; over 300 holes provided data for first NI 43-101 resource estimate of the shallow Knife Lake deposit
• Inaugural Knife Lake NI 43-101 resource estimate:
• Indicated resources: 3.8 MT @ 1.02% CuEq.
• Inferred resources: 7.9 MT @ 0.67% CuEq.
• There is strong discovery potential in and around the deposit as well as at regional targets on the Property; use modern exploration techniques and methods to make new discoveries

News Update

On January 28, 2021, Rockridge Resources Ltd. has completed a 2,965-metre diamond drilling program at its 100-per-cent-owned Raney gold project located southwest of Timmins, Ont. A total of 11 drill holes were completed to evaluate the down plunge and strike extent of the Raney gold zone. Assays have been received for nine of the 11 holes with gold mineralization intersected in all but two holes. Drill hole RN 20-13 returned 2.5 grams per tonne gold over 13.0 metres from 133.0 m to 146.0 m including 3.41 g/t Au over 9.0 m from 135.0 m to 144.0 m and including 9.6 g/t Au over 2.0 m from 135.0 m to 137.0 m.

On October 20, 2020, Rockridge Resources Ltd. announced that it has completed its 100-per-cent earn-in of the Raney gold project in Ontario. Furthermore, the Company is approximately halfway through its planned approximately 3,000-metre diamond drill program at the property with five drill holes completed. The majority of these drill holes have successfully intersected alteration similar to what has been seen in previous high-grade holes drilled on the property.
